Producer

Koolhaus Games is looking for an experienced Producer to assist us in bringing our original and publisher generated console and other projects to market.

Responsibilities Include:

Drives development of the game from concept to prototype to market
Able to keep a team together emotionally, creatively and technically
Maintains the creative vision established by and in conjunction with the team leads
Develops and implements scalable team structures and organization suitable for each project
Coordinates and manages the activities of team members to ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks
Timely communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external
Determines resources required to complete the project on time and within budget
Exhibits leadership, motivation and direction to ensure timely delivery of high quality games

Qualifications Include:

Must have shipped at least one console and/or two casual titles as a Producer, Associate Producer, Project Manager or Lead
Knowledge and appreciation of a wide variety of game genres
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all project members, senior management and external stakeholders
Demonstrable experience managing small or large teams and schedules
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel)
Wide knowledge of a variety of video game genres and styles
Experience with at least one of iOS, Mobile, DS, Wii, PS3, Xbox360 game consoles an asset
Self motivated, positive problem solving, multi tasking skills
Business skills or aptitude a must
