Lead Quality Assurance/Game Tester - Experienced
Koolhaus Games is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance/Game Tester to assist us in delivering high quality games.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating comprehensive test plans for console, PC and mobile
- Supervising a team of QA/Game Testers
- Communicating with other Leads, game teams and publishers
- Create and implement testing policies, procedures and standards
- Ownership of the bug database
- Localization testing of all Skus
- Contribute to improvements in our processes
- Contribute to other areas of the game development process such as design
Qualifications:
- At least one year in a similar role or five years as a video game console game tester
- Experience with game console certification processes including Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of game console testing procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Project
- Organized, works well under pressure, able to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
- Knowledge of a wide variety of game genres
