Koolhaus Games is looking for a Production Artist to assist in the execution of game content, characters, and animation.

Production Artist Responsibilities:

• Work in focused small teams
• Work closely and constructively with the Art Director and game designers
• Flexible, and willing to work in both 2D and 3D
• Must be willing to adapt to multiple platform production requirements
• Will be called upon to conceive and generate varied artistic content - may include:
  • pitch documents, image research, storyboards and promotional print art
• Must be able and willing to work to a high level of quality and consistency

Qualifications:

• Suitable experience in the game, television, film or interactive media industry
• Fine arts diploma, certificate or degree from a recognized post secondary college or university
• Knowledge of 3D applications including Maya
• Knowledge and appreciation of a wide variety of game genres and art styles
• Highly polished drawing skills
• Strong design and rendering skills (2D and 3D)
• Animation and/or modeling skills (either 2D or 3D) an asset
• This position is suited to a generalist – someone with a multiple skill set, and a
  strong desire to learn new techniques
