ROLE

We are currently looking to add a Senior Unity Developer in a technical leadership position for our internal mobile game IPs. Your technical skills and expertise will be essential to the design, development and launch of our core game offerings

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-platform development experience, Desktop and Mobile
Multiplayer game experience (server-authenticated)
Solid understanding of a production cycle and ability to evaluate issue severity
Prototype, design, and implement new features in Unity, and extend those features to shipping products
Work independently and within a team contributing over the Unity codebase
Autonomous and proactive
Game design experience including designing levels/environments, user interactions, and enjoyable game mechanics
Apply your knowledge of the rendering pipeline to optimize framerates for Android and iOS

REQUIREMENTS:

4 yrs of experience with Unity3D Game Development – – Required
4 yrs of experience working with C# code – Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptable, flexible, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsible, and motivated, able to prioritize and multi-task

Past experience as team lead
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of creating mobile apps for iOS and Android, with special focus on framerate performance
Deep understanding of the tools and processes involved in operating a game-as-a-service
Proven ability to think strategically as well as recent hands-on programming experience
You have created applications that serve thousands of people at a time with ease
Strong understanding of OOP and modern software design principles
A strong desire to build something that people really want

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports directly to: Technical Project Manager.
